She hid from the world
in a closet of her pain.
Away from all the yelling and screaming,
and hurting.
She drew with a knife, all over her wrist.
She drew in her closet and made one
final wish.
She wished for a world full of
laughter and light.
She wished for a world where
she wouldn't have to fight.
With herself, or with anyone, she just
wanted peace.
